The external aluminium alloy material has great corrosion resistance. The material has been specially treated, making the aluminium panel a resistant cover, with good airtightness.

2^nd level is after installing the final facade of aluminium panels, we enclose the gaps between each panel with a special silicone suitable for external conditions.

We pay attention to insulation- we enclose two layers of rockwool around the whole house perimetrically and we enclose with an extra 80mm foam board eco or rockwool to achieve the standards needed for the house to be Energy Rating –A efficient.

In the case of electrical installation, we use all rules applied for quality and safety, with European standards and in compliance with EAC standards, so that it can be electrified by the electricity authority.

We follow strict standards also in the plumbing installation, to avoid any damage in the future.

The 2-year warranty applies also to the entire modular house and covers any defects in workmanship and materials, except those clearly caused by misuse or accidental damage. Each Air-Conditioning system comes with a factory warranty, depending on the brand chosen.
