Each module is manufactured in our factory in Cyprus, and it is then transported in any location to be installed. As a company with an experience of 34 years in our field of work, we cooperate and work hard with our partner company abroad to combine the knowledge from both sides, in order to design, produce and import all the necessary raw materials. We research and manufacture your living space in Cyprus in our factory, with all the necessary standards to be able to certify them with Energy-Rating A certificates, Static and Fire Rate Certificates, Electromechanical studies regarding the house and Drawings regarding the house that are all required for home licensing-according to European standards-Cypriot legislation.

Modular prefabricated KRATONE Style Homes bring an evolutionary perspective to the future of living spaces. Purposes of use range from any residential, commercial or investment purpose. These include being used for private residences, for secondary properties (vacation homes), for commercial spaces (e.g. coffee shops, office spaces). They additionally offer a wide range of opportunities for small- and large-scale businesses, whether those range from creating Resort establishments or Student campus accommodations when purchased in quantities or for other investment purposes such as Airbnb businesses. Just to name a few of the benefits, KRATONE Style Homes are durable in any environmental conditions, they are static and fire-resistant, they are manufactured with thermal insulation and standards for Energy Rating-A certification, sound insulation allows for a quiet indoor living environment and they also come in convenient, luxurious and smart designs. Moreover, the mobile ability to be transferred and installed in any environment adds to the list of its many benefits.

Exteriorly the outer shell can be made of Aluminium or Alucobond panels. Doors are made of aluminum and double-glazed tempered glass is used in the windows with thermal bridges in the aluminium frames. The internal frame of 3mm galvanized steel scissors is covered with fire-resistant materials for fire safety certification and has 2 layers of insulation(rockwool). It is then waterproofed with polyurea and then coated with a thermal facade before covering with aluminum and alucobond finishes for Energy-Rating A certification. Interiorly, it is lined with decorative panels.

Yes, the house can be clad with other materials. More options are available for the outer shell at an extra cost. Alucobond panels that give a wooden or stone finish are some of those options.

YES, customisation is available. Except from our standardised models in our collection, we also have Infinity–PLUS which represents any size and layout a customer wants. Additionally, the external space can be customised with patios,pergolas or parking spaces that blend with the design of the house. The outer shell can also be clad with other materials and finishes. Interior decoration can also be adjusted according to preferences.

Yes, a two-story house can be manufactured, but a necessary prerequisite is that additional static studies must be carried out and additional metal supports are needed. Since a two-story house is part of Infinity-PLUS and not part of our standardised collection, new Architectural plans must be designed, Static studies and Electromechanical studies need to be carried out according to the structure, so that the customer can obtain the necessary certificates to be able to license it. This procedure has an additional increase in the cost for the customer, and it contradicts how normally as the ground floor of the house increases, the cost per square meter decreases.

Yes it can, but it might require additional static studies for support.

From our side as manufacturers, we manufacture the mobile homes in our factory, with all the necessary services and facilities needed. The customer along with our guidance, needs to prepare the foundation for placing the house and the necessary services.

According to Cypriot legislation,all buildings need permits whether those are for concrete or prefabricated homes. With the way we research and manufacture our mobile homes, you can secure the necessary permits to license them.

Yes, they are energy-efficient. They are manufactured for Energy Rating-A certification and they have provisions for solar panels.

Regarding the standards we follow to manufacture in our factory, in compliance with European standards-Cypriot legislation, Certificates can be obtained for the customer to be able to proceed with their necessary licensing and permits. The modular homes are manufactured for Energy-Rating A Certification. Static and fire rate certificates, Electromechanical studies regarding the house and Drawings regarding the house required for licensing, are provided to the customer.

Delivery time depends on the demand and on orders already in progress-currently this takes 6-7 months.

A crane and loader-platform are required for the transport and installation –for this reason it’s important for both to have close access to the installation area, to be able to transport and lift the modules to be installed on-site. A crane is needed to lift the house since it is quite heavy (Inifnity 60 weighs around 18tonnes) and a loader-platform will transport the modules. In the case of a larger Infinity house, a final assembly of the modules will also take place on-site. Delivery time varies according to demand, an estimate would be 6-7 months.

Yes it can be moved elsewhere and this is one of the many benefits of capsule mobile homes. Our mobile homes are manufactured with static studies and materials that allow them to be moved without damage. A Crane and Loader are necessary for the relocation and installation of the house.

All KRATONE modular homes come with a 2-year warranty on mechanical, electrical and plumbing system defects, as well as any moisture or water leaks. The 2-year warranty applies also to the entire modular house and covers any defects in workmanship and materials, except those clearly caused by misuse or accidental damage. Each Air-Conditioning system comes with a factory warranty, depending on the brand chosen.

Yes, we have an after-sales maintenance team that is here for any help and support the customer needs.

Don’t worry, we are here to guide you through the process! (I)After the agreement, we immediately begin manufacturing your modules. At the same time, you can consult an architect for further assessment of your space and land. (II) An appropriate foundation should be prepared on your land with the necessary services, to be ready for us to install the house on and connect it with the electrical and plumbing services. (III)A crane and loader-platform are required for the transport and installation –for this reason it’s important for both to have close access to the installation area to be able to transport and lift the modules to be installed on-site. In the case of a larger Infinity house, a final assembly of the modules will also take place on-site. (IV)Delivery time varies according to demand, an estimate would be 6-7 months. Our Infinity collection includes various standardised sizes- INFINITY 40,44,60,66,70,76,85 and 100. Some of these are Infinity 40m2 with 1 bedroom and a comfortable open-plan Kitchen-living room area and Infinity 60m2 with 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and an open-plan Kitchen-living room area, that can be adjusted according to your needs. Additionally, Infinity PLUS model can be manufactured in any size according to your specific needs. The layout can be adjusted accordingly.

Our package includes lacquered wardrobes in the bedrooms, lacquered decorative wall panels with hidden lighting. Bathrooms include furniture with embedded mirror, concealed toilet cistern, synthetic shower floor, Ceiling mounted mixer (overhead shower). Kitchen includes high-quality melamine lacquered cabinet doors, technogranite kitchen top, stainless steel faucet and mixer. It also includes AC Wall Units 12000BTU in the bedrooms and a concealed AC 12000BTU in the Kitchen-living room area. Interior design also includes lacquered decorative wall panels with hidden lighting and PVC ceilings and details. Electrical panels are in compliance with EAC specifications and standards. Spot lights and perimetric LED lights on both the front and back facades of the house. Pressurized water system and Electric Water heater are also included in our package.

Our package for Infinity models 40, 44, 60, 66 and 70 includes an Electric water heater and Pressurized water system. Additionally, Infinity models 76,85 and 100 include a Solar water heater instead of an electric water heater.

A 2000L water tank is included in the package price for Infinity models 76, 85 and 100.

Yes, there are provisions for solar panels. In order to obtain the Energy-Rating A certificate, we manufacture the house to meet all the necessary standards and specifications, for this reason we also prepare the provisions for solar panels to be installed. (The number of solar panels required to be installed is determined by the energy consumption and the size of each house accordingly.)

Electric home appliances and TVs are not included in our package. In our showroom, we used Midea home appliances which come at affordable prices. Mobile furniture are also not included in our package, so each customer has the opportunity to showcase their own personal style through their choice of mobile furniture.

No, you don't need an appointment! Our showroom is located in Leoforos Lefkotheou 5, Strovolos, 2054 Nicosia, Cyprus and our Opening hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00-18:30. You are welcome to come any time without any appointment!
